I've lived in Melbourne for most of my life. At the age of 21, I embarked on a rewarding career in the Police Force, where I have served for over 30 years. I am married and proud to have two wonderful teenage children. While my career has been incredibly fulfilling, my true passions lie in self-development, health, and fitness—areas that truly bring me happiness.
Like most, I have faced numerous challenges and obstacles throughout my life. There were many years where I often felt lost, unhappy, exhausted, and unsure of what I really wanted. I would just go through the day to day motions and then another year would slip by.
Deep down, I knew I was capable of more, and I knew that it was up to me to change things. Through lots of research, learning, and personal growth, I discovered the transformative power of mindset. I firmly believe that our mindset shapes how we navigate and grow from life's challenges. It can either empower us to learn and evolve or allow obstacles to defeat us.
By changing my mindset, habits, thoughts, and beliefs, and taking care of my well-being through diet and exercise, I emerged from this time feeling stronger, happier, and a better version of myself.
I don't claim to have all the answers, nor do I wish to pretend that I do. My intention is to be honest, real, and authentic with you. My journey has inspired me to connect with other women, to share my experiences and knowledge in the hope that it resonates with you, and to help you achieve the same feelings of happiness, achievement, peace and growth.
