My Mission

My mission is to empower as many women as possible to live happy, healthy, and thriving lives in both mind and body throughout menopause.

I value honesty, continuous learning, personal growth, acceptance, determination, resilience, happiness, and connection.

My commitment to you is that I will be authentic and genuine. I will provide a safe space of acceptance and support, and I will encourage you to grow and achieve your goals.

My Story


I've lived in Melbourne for most of my life. At the age of 21, I embarked on a rewarding career in the Police Force, where I have served for the past 30 years. I am married and proud to have two wonderful teenage children. While my career has been incredibly fulfilling, my true passions lie in self-development, health, and fitness—areas that truly bring me happiness.

Like many, I have faced numerous challenges and obstacles throughout my life. My journey through menopause, in particular, was exceptionally difficult. During that time, I often felt lost, unhappy, irritable, exhausted, and powerless. I didn't recognise or like the person I had become.

However, through years of research, learning, and personal growth, I discovered the transformative power of mindset. I firmly believe that our mindset shapes how we navigate and grow from life's challenges. It can either empower us to learn and evolve or allow obstacles to defeat us.

By changing my mindset, habits, thoughts, and beliefs, and taking care of my well-being through a nutritious diet and consistent exercise, I emerged from menopause feeling stronger, happier, and a better version of myself.

I don't claim to have all the answers, nor do I wish to pretend that I do. My intention is to be honest, real, and authentic with you. My journey has inspired me to connect with other women, to share my experiences and knowledge in the hope that it resonates with you. I aim to make your journey through menopause easier and more enjoyable by offering the wisdom I've gained along the way.

My Qualifications


I have an Advanced Diploma as a Holistic Life & Mind Body Practitioner, an Undergraduate Certificate of Mental Health, a Certificate of Psychology, Behaviour Change & Wellbeing Management, a Certificate of Human Nutrition, a Certificate III in Fitness, a Diploma as a Women’s Health Practitioner and a Menopause Wellness Coach Diploma.
